Managing Patient Reviews

To view reviews or send invitations, go to the Reviews section in the menu at the top right of your agenda.

  • In the first tab, "Appointments Reviews", you will see all reviews left after appointments booked via Doctoranytime or manually recorded.
  • In the "Guest Reviews" tab, you will find all reviews received from patients you invited to leave a review.

Reviews can have two different statuses:

  • Reviews with an "Approved" status are visible on your online profile, along with the comment. A review with an average rating above 8 is approved automatically.
  • Reviews with a "Pending" status are those with a rating below 8. The review will only be published after 10 days, allowing the practitioner time to respond if they wish. If the practitioner chooses to respond within this period, both the review and the response will be published immediately.

A practitioner can always respond to a patient review. However, they must use appropriate language and avoid sharing personal information. All responses will be verified by artificial intelligence and must comply with the publication guidelines. Once the practitioner has responded to a review, they will no longer be able to edit their response.

A practitioner can choose to disable reviews at any time by going to the Reviews tab in the settings (please refer to the section Request reviews from patients).
