Request reviews from patients

In this section we will explain how you can ask your patients to leave a review on your profile. This will help you improve your position and gain more trust from the patients who visit your doctoranytime profile.

To invite your patients to leave a review you can do the following:

  1. Log in to your doctoranytime account

  2. Go to he User Menu and click on Reviews

  3. Click on the Guest Reviews section and you will see a button that says Invite your patients.

  4. When you click on that button you will see the different ways in which you can send the invitations, either by Gmail, Whatsapp or by adding the details manually. Once you have selected one of those, click Send invitations

Furthermore, from this page you’ll be able to see the patients you have already contacted, requesting a review. At the same time, you’ll be able to see if they did. If not, you can resend an invitation from that list.

Sending Review Requests

Once the feature is activated, patients will automatically have the right to leave a review after an appointment or based on an invitation. The review must be accompanied by a comment, which will be displayed on your online profile.

The appointments for which a review is automatically requested are:

  • After an appointment booked via Doctoranytime.
  • After an appointment that you have manually recorded in your Doctoranytime agenda.

The practitioner can also send invitations to patients who have not booked an appointment via Doctoranytime. However, these invitations are limited to 30 requests and can be sent as long as the provider has not received more than 1,000 reviews in total.

To send an invitation, go to the Reviews tab in the menu at the top right of your agenda. In the "Guest Reviews" tab, click on "Create a new invite". You can then manually enter email addresses, search for contacts in your Gmail account, or import an Excel or CSV file.
