Can I book a Video Consultation appointment for a patient?

Yes, both you and the patient can book appointments online.
Take into account that enabling pre-payment will influence the patient’s actions.

1. If the payment is not via Stripe (i.e. not enabled) the appointment would be processed as a  physical appointment, for which no confirmation is required on behalf of the patient.

2. If the payment is made via Stripe, the patient will be asked to confirm the appointment by adding their card details. However, if the patient does NOT confirm the appointment, it should still remain valid.

In both cases the patient will need to have a doctoranytime account to join the video consultation.

Can a time slot be available for both Video and Physical Consultation?

Yes, it can. When the slot is booked for a Physical Consultation it will be unavailable for Video Consultation and vice versa. Note that by creating an unavailability in one, you will not block the other.
