# Synchronisation avec un compte iCloud

1. **Intégration de Cronofy**

Pour synchroniser votre calendrier iCloud, suivez d'abord les étapes de la synchronisation avec cronofy.

N'oubliez pas de cliquer sur le bouton bleu "**Importation  Cronofy**”, une nouvelle page s'ouvrira vers Cronofy.

Si vous ne trouvez pas ce bouton, c'est que l'option n'est pas incluse dans votre abonnement. Envoyez un message à votre personne de contact pour l'ajouter !

2.   **Choix du calendrier à synchroniser**

Choisissez votre **fournisseur** de calendrier à synchroniser. 

Dans votre cas, il s'agit d'un calendrier **iCloud**. Sélectionnez la première option.

**  3. iCloud**

Cronofy demandera un accès sécurisé à votre calendrier.

Avant de remplir les champs avec vos informations, **cliquez d’abord sur "mot de passe pour application" (en bleu)**. Il faut en effet d’abord avoir une autorisation pour se connecter. Il ne s’agit donc pas d’écrire votre mot de passe habituel !

4.   **Mot de passe pour l'application**

Après avoir cliqué sur "mot de passe pour application", vous devez voir la section "**Générer un mot de passe spécifique à une application**" et cliquez à nouveau sur **appleid.apple.com** marqué en bleu.

**5.  Page Apple ID**

Une fois de plus, une nouvelle page s'ouvre. Ici, cliquez sur le bouton "**Connectez-vous**" en bleu.

Ensuite, il vous sera demandé de saisir votre **Apple ID** (adresse du compte Icloud) et votre **mot de passe** habituel lié à l'ID.

Une **authentification à deux facteurs** est requise, vous devrez donc ajouter le code affiché dans votre appareil.

6.   **Générer un mot de passe**

Une fois connecté à votre compte Apple, vous allez retrouver une section nommée **Mots de passe pour applications** en bas.

Lorsque vous cliquez sur la section, vous aurez la possibilité de générer le mot de passe dont vous avez besoin. **Cliquez** sur le bouton "**Générer un mot de passe pour application**" en bleu.

**Spécifiez** l'application pour laquelle vous souhaitez générer un mot de passe : "Cronofy"

Cliquez sur Créer, il vous sera alors demandé de **Confirmer** votre **mot de passe** Apple ID. 

Ensuite, **copiez** le code généré avant de fermer cette fenêtre.

**7.  Cronofy **

Retournez sur la première fenêtre du début. 

Entrez votre **Apple ID et le mot de passe pour application** généré à l’étape précédente.

N’oubliez pas d’accepter les termes et conditions d’utilisation et cliquez sur **Connecter un compte Apple.**

**8.  Configurer les options principales**

Sélectionnez les agendas externes concernés ainsi que ceux dans lesquels les évènements Doctoranytime vont être retranscrits.

Quand cela est fait, cliquez sur **Sauvegarder les options. **

 

9.   Pensez à bien activer l'**Accès complet **en allant dans **Plus d'options. **

 10.  Une fois l'accès complet donné, appuyez une nouvelle fois sur **Plus d'options** et **Commencer la synchronisation. **

Votre agenda externe est maintenant synchronisé avec votre agenda Doctoranytime !
