Discover how patients book a Video Consultation.
In this section, you will be guided through the patient’s journey to book a Video Consultation. The stages are the following:
Booking
- The patient logs in to their doctoranytime account.
- On the homepage, they search for the specialty they’re looking for.
- Next, they select the Video Consultation option in the filters on the left. Then they get the list of all the practitioners who offer Video Consultation.
- Afterward, they select a practitioner and click on Book an appointment.
- Then they are redirected to the practitioner’s agenda where they can select the time and service they prefer:
- Next, they are requested to enter their details.
- After clicking Next step, they are asked whether they are booking for themselves or someone else, and also to accept the terms and conditions and our data protection policy.
- Lastly, the patient needs to click Submit to confirm their appointment.
Note: A patient can cancel their appointment online up to 24 hours prior to its scheduled time. If they want to cancel after that, they need to contact the practitioner directly.
The day of the consultation
1. There are 3 ways to enter virtual waiting room on the day of the consultation:- From the link in the reminder SMS
- From the link the reminder email
- From the patient account: they need to go to My appointments and click on Start the Video Consultation button.
2. Once you connect, the waiting room will allow the patient to send a message to you. To do so, they must start typing in the Send message box. [Mark the message box]
3. When you select the Terminate video consultation button, the call will end and the patient will be able to evaluate the appointment by clicking on Review your appointment.
