# Gérez le type de confirmation selon le statut du patient (nouveau ou existant)

## Cette option vous permet de contrôler précisément qui peut réserver automatiquement un rendez-vous selon qu’il s’agisse d’un nouveau patient ou d’un patient existant. 

#### 1.   Accéder à l’onglet **Disponibilités**

Pour commencer, cliquez sur l'onglet disponibilités dans les onglets en haut de votre agenda :

#### 3.  Choisir le **type de confirmation**

Vous avez deux options :

**Autoconfirmé pour les patients existants uniquement**  
Choisissez cette option si vous souhaitez que : 

- les patients existants puissent réserver librement ce type de rendez-vous,
- les nouveaux patients nécessitent une confirmation manuelle de votre part.

**Autoconfirmé pour les nouveaux patients uniquement**  
Choisissez cette option si vous souhaitez :

- accepter automatiquement les nouveaux patients sur ce créneau,
- garder la main (confirmation manuelle) pour les patients déjà suivis.

#### 4.  **Enregistrer** vos modifications

Une fois le choix effectué, n’oubliez pas d’enregistrer vos paramètres pour qu’ils soient appliqués immédiatement.
