The patients’ questions are always anonymous and can be submitted from different places:
- From a health article, e.g. teeth whitening which can be searched in the patient’s search bar
- From the “Ask our specialists” section on the top right of the patient pages
This is how the question submission field looks like:
All questions will be also verified and moderated (if needed) by Doctoranytime. Once a question has been verified, it will be sent to the doctors with related specialities. After the first reply, the question and answer will become public.
If a question is rejected, the patient will receive an email to inform him about the reason and practitioners won’t get notified of a new question.
