# New appointment button

- Click on the **New appointment** button on your agenda toolbar

- A window will appear in which you must select **Video consultation** for the **Practice**
- Select the service, as well as its price (prerequisite).

- Select appointment time.  
  Here you can select the exact day and time or one of the hours you configured for Video consultation.
- Enter the **Patient contact information**.  
  Remember that the mandatory fields are: 
    - Last name
    - First name
    - Phone number or Email

- Finally, indicate if you want the patient to receive confirmation or reminder messages via WhatsApp (SMS). 
- Click **Save** and your Video consultation appointment is set.
