New appointment button

• Click on the New appointment button on your agenda toolbar

• A window will appear in which you must select Video consultation for the Practice
• Select the service, as well as its price (prerequisite).

• Select appointment time.
  Here you can select the exact day and time or one of the hours you configured for Video consultation.
  
  
• Enter the Patient contact information.
  Remember that the mandatory fields are:
  • Last name
  • First name
  • Phone number or Email

• Finally, indicate if you want the patient to receive confirmation or reminder messages via WhatsApp (SMS). 
  
  
• Click Save and your Video consultation appointment is set.
