Our Video Consultation service is in accordance with the GDPR legislation (General Personal Data Protection Regulations) and follows the same online booking process offered for the rest of our services. Appointments are encrypted and managed by a unique link. The video stream is processed in Europe.
When a patient books a Video Consultation, they agree to fill in all the information needed in order to use the service. We also encode the card details necessary for the payment. At the end of the payment process, we obtain the patient's consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). In other words, no further action is required on your side, since we already have their written consent.
In accordance with our privacy policy, payment details are protected and card numbers are encrypted, while the Video Consultations are individual and not recorded.
