Not taking any new patients? Block the online booking for new patients. Only returning patients will be able to book appointments with you.
If you no longer wish to accept new patients, opt for the option to block them from booking appointments with you.
To do this you need to:
- Go to the User Menu
- Go to Settings
3. Click on Settings and then Security.
4. Check the box for the option: Allow appointments only from existing patients. Now only patients already registered in your database will be able to book appointments online.
Note: New patients will be shown the following message: This doctor is not accepting new patients. If you are not an existing patient, the doctor will not be able to see you. This will prevent them from booking with you.
