# How to Modify an appointment

## Sometimes it is necessary to modify appointments. You or your assistant can easily do it.

Just **click** on the appointment you want to modify.

- A window will appear with all the information
- Modify the desired section

- A new option will appear that allows the patient to be notified directly of the change. Select this option and click **Save**.

If you want to modify the time, it is as simple as dragging the appointment to the new time slot. The option to notify the patient of the change will appear again.

Don’t forget to notify the patient by clicking **Yes, notify the patient**.
