# How to copy an appointment

In case you want to copy an appointment, **click** on the appointment to access the information window.

Click on the **Copy appointment** button at the top. This is found in **yellow**.

- Indicate in which time interval (schedule) you want to copy this appointment and click **Save**.
- For any modification made to their appointments, the patients receive a notification by email and an SMS (if they have selected it).

As far as the appointment reminder is concerned, it will automatically adapt to the new date.
