Global Settings

Some settings are common for all the users in your account

Global settings are the following:

• Shared patient information
• Appointment transfer among users
• Overlap of appointments
• The user’s last name shown first in the CRM

To change any of these settings:

1. Go to Settings under the User menu
2. Access the Global Settings tab
3. Click the box you want to select 
4. Click Save.
