# Exceptional vs normal availability

## Distinguish between the two types in your agenda.

From your **Public Profile**, patients can’t distinguish exceptional from normal availability. However, you can distinguish them in the **Agenda**.

The day with the exceptional availability has a **symbol on top** and a **yellow line** on the left side of the available slots.
