Difference between "appointment reviews" and "guest reviews"

• Appointment review:

An appointment review is created when a patient, after being treated by you, decides to evaluate your service. 

• Guest Review: 

A guest review is created when one of your existing patients, outside doctoranytime, accepts your invitation.
*Guest reviews are not available for Belgium.
