Activate/deactivate user

How to temporarily pause or resume one of your account users.

You can activate or deactivate any user from your doctoranytime account whenever you want.

• Go to the User Menu and select Users.
• Once inside the user’s list find the user and click the Active check box.
• You can follow the same path when you want to Deactivate a user.
