# Beheer het bevestigingstype op basis van de status van de patiënt (nieuw of bestaand)

## Met deze optie kunt u nauwkeurig bepalen wie automatisch een afspraak kan boeken, of het nu gaat om een nieuwe of een bestaande patiënt.

#### 1. Ga naar het tabblad **Beschikbaarheden ![Capture d’écran 2025-12-11 à 09.39.10](https://pro.doctoranytime.doctor/hs-fs/hubfs/Capture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%202025-12-11%20%C3%A0%2009.39.10.png?width=670&height=340&name=Capture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%202025-12-11%20%C3%A0%2009.39.10.png)** 2\. Klik voor elk tijdslot op **Aanpassen** om toegang te krijgen tot de verschillende instellingen.

#### 3. Kies het **type bevestiging**

Je hebt twee opties:

**Automatisch bevestigd voor bestaande patiënten**  
Kies deze optie als je wilt dat:

- bestaande patiënten dit type afspraak vrij kunnen boeken,
- nieuwe patiënten handmatige bevestiging van jouw kant nodig hebben.

**Automatisch bevestigd voor nieuwe patiënten**  
Kies deze optie als je wilt:

- nieuwe patiënten automatisch accepteren op dit tijdslot,
- de controle te behouden (handmatige bevestiging) voor patiënten die je al volgt.

Zodra je je keuze hebt gemaakt, vergeet dan niet om je instellingen op te slaan zodat ze onmiddellijk worden toegepast.
