# View reviews in your profile
To see the reviews on your profile:
1. Click on the **User Menu** and go to the **My profile** section.
2. At the top right you will have a **View Profile** button, which will direct you to your public profile, the one that patients visit. There you will see the average score from the feedback you have received.PIC

Reviews (ratings and comments) are displayed on your online profile after a maximum of 10 days, unless they do not comply with the publication guidelines.
A practitioner will only see reviews that have been approved after verification by an artificial intelligence tool and by Doctoranytime. Reviews will not be displayed if:
- They contain inappropriate language.
- They disclose personal data.
- They are not related to your (para)medical expertise.
Reviews play an important role when a patient decides to schedule a consultation with a healthcare professional. Also, don't forget that your complete online profile will make you stand out from the competition. The doctoranytime team teaches you how to build a good online reputation.
