Establish a time period

You can add an availability period in the Availabilities Management section.


To do this:

  1. Click on Availabilities in the shortcut buttons. [link to 5.3 agenda layout]  
  2. There you will enter to Availabilities Management
  3. Select the Practice from the drop down menu
  4. Click on the Add New Period button


5. Enter the start and end dates. If you have regular hours you can use the Unlimited end of period. This option means that there is no end date, and you don’t have to create new periods in the future. You can modify it at any time in case you want it to end.

6. Indicate the minimum time required between the patient’s request and the appointment confirmation in the Appointment Booking Delay field.

7. Click SAVE
