# Add a personalized service
## Can’t find the service you’re looking for? Doctoranytime agenda adapts to your needs by allowing you to add personalized services.
You can add such a service in the **Personalized services** section. Create new, **custom services**, for example group therapy.
To do this, go to the **Services** section, through the **User Menu**. Click on **Settings**, and enter the **Services** tab.
Click on the **Custom Services** button.
Then, clickon the **Add a personalized service** button and enter the Name of the service there, then associate it with your specialty.
Finally click **Save**.
Keep in mind that when you indicate the name of the service it is essential to also fill in the name in all the available languages.
You will be redirected to the personalized services list, where you can also modify or delete services that you have previously created.
To fill in the information of your custom services, return to the list of services on the **Services** button.
There select the service and follow the steps in 4.7.2
Pro tip: Be sure to check **Available for online appointments** if you want the consultation type to be available to patients. If you also want it visible in your online calendar, click **Available on calendar.**
