# Add a new patient

## While using the platform you will come across many ways to add a new patient.

#### Add patient from “Patients” section

 In order to do that you can follow the steps below:

   1. Go to the **Patients** section

   2. Clickon the **New Patient** button.

   3. Fill in the required details and don’t forget to **Save**. You can always come back and modify a patient's information.

#### Add patient from the search bar 

   1. Go to the **Search bar** from your agenda. 

   2. Start typing and the **Create new patient** option will appear, which you can click.

   3. You will then be directed to the New Patient page to fill in their information. Don;t forget to **Save** when you are done. PIC
