# Etablir une période

## Vous pouvez ajouter une période de disponibilité dans la section Gestion des disponibilités.

Pour cela :

1. Cliquez sur **Disponibilités** dans les [boutons de raccourci](https://pro.doctoranytime.doctor/fr/knowledge/mise-en-page-de-lagenda?hsLang=fr). 
2. Vous accédez alors à la **Gestion des disponibilités**
3. Sélectionnez le **Cabinet** dans le **menu déroulant**
4. Cliquez sur le bouton **Ajouter une nouvelle période**

  5.   Entrez les dates de début et de fin.   
Si vous avez des horaires réguliers, vous pouvez utiliser l'option **Pas de fin à la période de disponibilité**. Cette option signifie que vous n'avez pas à créer de nouvelles périodes dans le futur. Vous pouvez la modifier à tout moment si vous souhaitez qu'elle prenne fin.

En ajoutant une date de fin à votre période de disponibilité, vous pouvez créer d'autres périodes qui prendront effet dans l'avenir, par exemple à la date de fin de votre première période.

  6.    Indiquez le délai minimum requis entre la demande du patient et la confirmation du rendez-vous dans le champ **Délai minimum de prise de rendez-vous (Heure)**. 

  7.   Cliquez sur **Enregistrer**

   8.   Définissez vos [créneaux horaires](https://pro.doctoranytime.doctor/fr/knowledge/etablir-un-cr%C3%A9neau-horaire?hsLang=fr)
