# Ajouter une disponibilité exceptionnelle

## Ajoutez des disponibilités supplémentaires à votre planning quand vous le souhaitez, sans avoir à modifier des périodes entières.

Les disponibilités exceptionnelles sont les disponibilités supplémentaires qui peuvent être ajoutées pour un jour spécifique. Ces créneaux supplémentaires ne seront pas appliqués à l’avenir, ils sont ponctuels.  

Il y a **deux façons** d'ajouter une disponibilité exceptionnelle :

1. Depuis l’**Agenda** : 
     - Sélectionnez un créneau horaire dans l'**Agenda**
     - Une nouvelle fenêtre pop up apparaît
     - Choisissez le **troisième** **onglet** (**Nouvelle disponibilité exceptionnelle**) 
     - **Sélectionnez** les paramètres appropriés 
     - Il est obligatoire de sélectionner le **Cabinet** auquel vous voulez ajouter la disponibilité 
     - Cliquez sur **Enregistrer**

2. Depuis l'onglet **Disponibilités** :

- Allez dans les **Disponibilités exceptionnelles** dans les boutons de raccourci.  
- Cliquez sur **Ajouter nouveau**
- Sélectionnez les paramètres appropriés (il est obligatoire de sélectionner le **Cabinet** - dans le cas où il y en a plusieurs)
- Cliquez sur **Enregistrer**
