# Où et comment les patients soumettent-ils leurs questions ?
Les questions des patients sont toujours anonymes et peuvent être soumises à partir de différents endroits :
- Depuis un article sur la santé, par exemple sur le blanchiment dentaire, qui peut être recherché dans la barre de recherche du patient.
- À partir de la section "Demandez conseil à nos praticiens" située en haut à droite des pages consacrées aux patients.
Voici à quoi ressemble le champ de soumission des questions :
Doctoranytime vérifiera les questions et, si nécessaire, (ré)attribuera les messages à la spécialité concernée. Toutes les questions seront vérifiées et modérées (si nécessaire) par Doctoranytime.
Une fois qu'une question a été vérifiée, elle sera envoyée aux praticiens ayant les spécialités correspondantes. Après la première réponse, la question et la réponse deviendront publiques.
Si une question est rejetée, le patient recevra un email l'informant de la raison, et les praticiens ne seront pas notifiés d'une nouvelle question.
