# Je veux voir qui a annulé un rendez-vous
## Vous souhaitez savoir si un patient a déjà annulé des rendez-vous par le passé, à quelle date, et qui a effectué l'annulation ? Cette information est disponible directement depuis la fiche du patient.
#### **Comment consulter l'historique des annulations ?**
1. Rendez-vous dans l'onglet **Patients**.
2. Recherchez le patient concerné à l'aide de la barre de recherche.
3. Ouvrez sa fiche patient.
4. Consultez l'historique des rendez-vous : les rendez-vous annulés y apparaissent au même titre que les autres rendez-vous. Il y a simplement une petite étiquette rouge mentionnant “Annulé” sur le rendez-vous.

#### **Quelles informations sont affichées ?**
Pour chaque rendez-vous annulé, vous retrouverez :
- La **date et l'heure du rendez-vous** initialement prévu
- La **date et l'heure de l'annulation**
- **Qui a effectué l'annulation** : le patient, le secrétariat ou le praticien
#### **Pourquoi c'est utile ?**
Cette fonctionnalité vous permet de :
- Identifier rapidement les patients qui annulent fréquemment leurs rendez-vous
- Vérifier si une annulation a été faite par erreur ou par une personne non autorisée
- Avoir une vue d'ensemble de la fiabilité d'un patient sans devoir chercher manuellement dans la liste globale des rendez-vous annulés
