# Mandar un paciente a la lista negra

Si ya no quiere que uno de sus pacientes reserve una cita con usted, puede activar la opción **Actualizar el estado del paciente en la lista negra. **

Puede hacerlo siguiendo los siguientes pasos:

1. Busque el paciente que desea incluir en la lista negra.
2. En la parte inferior, marque la casilla **Lista negra** y haga clic en el botón **Actualizar el estado del paciente en la lista negra. **

3. Una vez que haya incluido a este paciente en la lista negra, se le informará de que ya no puede reservar citas con usted. 
4. Además, podrá detectar fácilmente a los pacientes incluidos en la lista negra al editar una cita, ya que estarán marcados con un símbolo.
