Status of a Video Consultation appointment

You can check the status of your Video Consultation appointments through the icons displayed in the appointment slot.

Pending payment:  When the appointment is pending payment, there is a red camera icon in the appointment slot.

Appointment paid: When the patient pays for the appointment, or it is free of charge, the camera icon changes to green.

Pro tip: Patients can see the history and status of their appointments, so they know whether they are confirmed, pending or canceled.
