For practitioners, Doctoranytime is a complete appointment management tool, offering users a host of useful features for their day-to-day work. For patients, Doctoranytime is a directory of healthcare professionals. It enables them to easily find practitioners based on their location, experience and type of consultation, either directly in the office or via Video Consultation.
Doctoranytime secures your personal data by encrypting and protecting it with an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. You own it, so you can retrieve your entire patient database at any time.
Doctoranytime requires no installation. All you need is a device with an internet connection (computer, tablet or smartphone). Getting to grips with the service is easy, thanks to the various tools at your disposal (videos, articles and technical support). Doctoranytime supports all operating systems and web browsers, and our support team is available by phone, chat, e-mail or videoconference to help you solve any problems you may encounter.
Registration and online appointment booking are entirely free of charge. If the practitioner has activated Online Payment, the patient will pay the consultation price set by the practitioner via the platform, plus the service fee.
No, Doctoranytime's tools have been designed to offer greater efficiency and simplify management and interaction with your patients. This tool complements the work of secretaries and/or assistants by reducing the time spent managing appointments and incoming telephone calls, but does not replace the varied tasks that secretaries perform. Doctoranytime therefore offers to train secretaries to use the tool too.

Invoices are sent directly to the e-mail address with which you registered your profile. You can also access and download your invoices from the "My account" section in the top right-hand menu.
